We have a 33-day return policy, which means you have 33 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags that were initially attached and not self attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, the order number will do.

We will provide you with a return mailing label and information on how to deliver your box after we decide to proceed with your return. Any items returned to us without a prior return authorization request won't be accepted.
Please note that returning goods from outside Canada & USA may incur a shipping fee depending on your region* All returns within Canada, and USA are free.

Damages and issues
If you receive an incorrect or broken item in your purchase or notice any other problem with your shipment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can promptly investigate and resolve the matter.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products with a near-term expiration date, those made to order (such as edibles, plants, or flowers), and those used for personal care (like cosmetics) are not eligible for returns. Additionally, we do not take returns for gases, combustible liquids, or dangerous goods. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries or issues regarding the item in question.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the package. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
